The 6th edition of Educational Psychology, written by John Santrock, focuses on the practical application of psychological theories in the classroom. By incorporating real-life case studies and classroom examples, this PDF textbook encourages students to critically analyze the research that supports best practices. Santrock’s Learning System organizes the content into manageable sections, helping students to master the material. The Connect course includes SmartBook (available for purchase separately), an adaptive study tool that uses automatically-graded assessments and guides students to recall, master, and apply key concepts. Connect Insight, another element of the Connect Suite, provides real-time analytics to instructors so they can intervene early with struggling students. Additionally, the adaptive learning program LearnSmart is included with the suite.
