About the Authors
Dr. Ronald F. Bush is also a distinguished professor, but at the University of West Florida with more than thirty-five years of experience in marketing research. In his work, he has collaborated with organizations of varying sizes, from small businesses to global multinationals. Additionally, he has served as an expert witness in trials involving research methods. His numerous research papers have been published in academic journals such as the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Retailing, and Journal of Advertising Research.
Dr. Ann Veeck is a Professor of Marketing at Western Michigan University. She has been teaching marketing research and other related courses for undergraduate and MBA students for the last seventeen years. Dr. Veeck’s research mainly focuses on family and food consumption patterns in developing nations, particularly China. She has published many articles on innovative teaching practices in marketing and has received several awards both for teaching and research.
