Reviews

There are some fascinating subjects included that aren’t in most introductory stats texts, such because the Gini index, high quality management and bandit issues.” — MAA Reviews “The protection is sluggish and cautious, with many labored examples and loads of issues, half of which have solutions. …Illuminating examples abound. Those who’re lower than wholly assured about any of the fabric will discover it a wealthy and unthreatening useful resource of knowledge and in addition of questions (even when they’re nearly all derived from a US context). I’ve been in search of a while for a correctly tutorial superior to M.J. Moroney’s invaluable if outdated Facts from figures which I’ve used for forty years, and this would appear to fill the invoice.” The Mathematical Gazette
