Nivaldo J. Tro
Dr. Nivaldo J. Tro received his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Stanford University. He completed his postdoctoral research at the University of California at Berkeley. In 1990, Nivaldo became a faculty member at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. During his time at Westmont, Tro has been awarded grants from the National Science Foundation and the American Chemical Society, Research Corporation. Nivaldo has received Westmont’s outstanding teacher of the year award 3 times.
