, written by James Kurose and Keith Ross, offers a unique approach to teaching computer networking. Unlike other textbooks, this eBook starts with a top-down approach, working its way from the application layer towards the physical layer. By doing so, it introduces important concepts early on and motivates readers to continue their study of networking. The eBook mainly focuses on the Internet and important networking issues, making it an excellent foundation for those interested in electrical engineering and computer science. It does not require a deep understanding of mathematics or programming. The 7th edition is updated to include recent advances in networking. Please note that this is a manually scanned version of the book and not the original. Additionally, test banks, instructor solutions manual, and other resources are available for purchase.
