Bonnie Dobbs

Dr. Bonnie Dobbs is a full professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Alberta, as well as the Director of the Medically At-Risk Driver Centre and the Director of Research for the Division of Care for the Elderly. Her main research interests are the effects of medical conditions on driving, the consequences of driving cessation for medically impaired drivers and their families, and the role of alternate transportation in preserving the mobility, independence, and safety of medically at-risk/impaired drivers and the elderly population in general.

Dr. Dobbs has a Ph.D. in gerontology from the University of Alberta, with specialisations in psychology, human ecology, and medicine.

Lori Harper

Dr. Lori Harper works at Villa Caritas Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta, as a clinical psychologist in geriatric psychiatry, as a clinical lecturer at the University of Alberta, and as an instructor and field placement coordinator at MacEwan University. She spent five years as the Director of Training for the Edmonton Consortium Predoctoral Clinical Psychology training programme and continues to supervise graduate students, clinical and counselling psychology residents, and psychiatric residents. She is a site visitor for the Canadian Psychology Association's accreditation program. Dr. Harper has specialised in geriatric psychiatry for the past 20 years.

Dr. Harper graduated from the University of Calgary with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
